I ordered Royal Canin prescription food online for my elderly cats. I thought I was buying from a UK company but was alarmed to find out the company is in the Netherlands, (considering the carbon footprint issue), and also the travelling time. I was also wary of buying food for my cats when I didn’t know where it was manufactured - I feared it would be China as lots of animal feed comes from there. Relieved to find that it’s manufactured in the EU.
However, the goods turned up today - only 6 days after I’d placed the order. So, pleased with the speedy delivery!

Arrived promptly and initially looked great. Awkward to clip together. Bit flimsy. Didn't use straightaway as for new stable. They are smaller than I thought and would be no good for horses. One of my ponies hated it. They keep falling apart, hard to fit even one wedge of hay and the clips came apart. Second time attempt so frustrating I gave up and gone back to the old fashioned haynet. Waste of time and money! Received a reply from vetsend that you can return the items if they're clean and not used within 30 days. I didn't use them for two weeks as my stable wasn't finished. Also, I wouldn't have known they're no good if I hadn't tried, twice only.

Very pleased with the snuggle puppy and heat pad in particular. They made the transition from losing siblings to settling in a new home very reassuring for my new pup. Ordering process and delivery excellent. Thank you.

Hunted hard for the chuckit boomerang and was delighted to find it here at a great price . Delivery very quick but parcel wasn't sealed properly. However conscientious Hermes driver made sure the goods were in there when he delivered.
